"Legit enough, but the waiting was ridiculous"
Midwest Grow Kits seems like a real company, and my order did actually show up, so I’d say I trust them enough. That said, the shipping updates were slow, and waiting around for support to reply was kind of ridiculous. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, just not as smooth as I would’ve liked

I was really happy with the kits I received. Everything was solid, easy to use, and exactly what I needed. I’m already planning to place another order soon because it’s such a relief finding something that actually lives up to expectations

The kit showed up in good shape and, it was easy to get set up. I did get some growth, so... definitely not a total miss, but it took a bit longer than I was expecting.
The yield was just okay for me, though. Not quite as much as I was hoping for based on the photos and other reviews, but maybe that was partly my setup too. Overall, it worked, just... kind of average.

I liked being able to choose the kit setup and only add what I actually needed. It felt like a more practical and less wasteful way to buy, which I appreciated. It took me a minute to figure out the best option, but overall it was straightforward. Not perfect, but definitely a solid experience.

Look, I’m not saying they don’t have good stuff, because they do. The grow kits and supplies are decent, and I found a few things I liked. I just felt like the options were a little limited, especially when it comes to different sizes and add-ons. Maybe I’m picky, but compared to a few other sites, there just wasn’t as much to choose from. Still not a bad experience overall.

Most of my order was fine, but one item was completely wrong, which is really frustrating because it feels like someone just wasn’t paying attention. I don’t think it’s too much to ask for the order to be checked before it goes out.

So... I ordered from midwestgrowkits and the package did arrive, which was good. Everything was included and the packing was decent, so no real complaints there. The only downside was that shipping felt slower than I expected, and the tracking didn’t update for a couple days, which was a little frustrating. Overall, it was reliable enough, but definitely not super quick. I’d probably order again, just not if I needed something right away.

"Solid kit, happy with it"
I’ve had this kit for about a couple weeks now, and my first impression was good. It showed up packed well, and nothing looked beat up or tossed around in the box.
The parts feel solid overall, not like cheap plastic or something thrown together. The bags and tub were clean, and it looked like someone took a bit of care putting it all together.
After using it a handful of times, I don’t really have any complaints. It’s not some over-the-top fancy thing, but for what it is, it seems well made and does the job like it should.

"Pretty good kit, just a few little misses"
Overall, the kit was mostly all there and it got the job done, but I did notice a couple small things that felt like they were missing or maybe just not matching up quite right. The instructions were okay, not terrible or anything, but I kept finding myself going back to the parts list and thinking, wait, is this supposed to be here or not? So yeah, it’s a decent kit, just not as perfectly complete as I was hoping.

I was using the site to look something up for a project my brother and I were working on, and I did eventually find what I needed. The menu just felt a little confusing at first, and a few pages took more clicks than I expected to get around. It wasn’t a bad experience, but it could definitely be a bit simpler and easier to navigate.

"Return was a little slow, but they made it right"
I had a problem with part of my order and needed to send it back. At first I wasn’t totally sure how it was going to go because the replies took a little longer than I expected, but they did get back to me and clearly explained the return steps.
The replacement arrived and it was the right item this time. The whole thing wasn’t perfect, and the delay felt avoidable, but they did fix the issue in the end. I’d still order from them again...

"The package showed up in great shape..."
The package showed up in great shape, and you could tell they took the time to pack everything securely. The box was solid and nothing inside got damaged at all. My only small complaint is that there was maybe a bit more packing material than needed, so cleanup was a little annoying. But i’d rather deal with that than have something arrive broken, so overall I’m happy with it.

I ended up getting more than I expected. It’s not absolutely perfect, but any small flaws were easy to overlook because overall it did the job really well.
